Wenn Informationen nicht erfasst werden konnten, wie z.B. der Ort (sei es, dass es fehler beim parsen gab, oder es schlichtweg im VLV nicht gepflegt ist), sollte der Nutzer darüber informiert werden, dass er diese Information händisch nachzupflegen hat.
