civix generate:entity-boilerplate is not generating the DAO and the SQL files

I have installed civix in windows through git and composer as described in the documentation.
For some reason at my machine civix generate:entity-boilerplate doesn't seems to be working. It is throwing [Exception] Nothing on output! and it seems like it is happening as $this->aOut in sites\all\modules\civicrm\packages\PHP\Beautifier.php , On overriding the exception the command is executing without any errors / warnings but the DAO and sql files are not generating.

Is there anything got missed here or something else needs to be done in the configuration.
