因为服务器原因，最近使用3.2，发现多语言设置默认语言无效

解决办法：修改\ThinkPHP\Library\Behavior\CheckLangBehavior.class.php

还有一个问题 调用模型自动验证 多语言判断

我觉得这样不妥

有时候第三个参数需要拼接组合 TP5.1我没看过核心代码 但我觉得可能也需要优化一下
