PHPStrom 下划线错误提示，Db类有未处理的异常 #525

如图所示，一直提示有未处理的异常或者有@throws的tag，查找后发现是有很多@throws，请问是bug吗？

@liu21st 感觉对IDE不太友好，类似的还有模型类::where() 获取其他方法，都会提示不应该静态调用，分页查询，append() 方法会提示不存在等等，希望能对IDE友好一些
