Importing chapters from YouTube videos

Please import video chapters into the file description. I hope that at some point the Commons video player also gets the ability to jump to different timestamps of the video or audio (see request here). It's already possible to embed a video or link to a video on Commons to start at a specific timestamp – the only thing missing is to also have these work without reloading the page and to turn time-stamps in the description to timestamp-links.
