Updating translation texts requires building twice

If I change translation texts, I have to build the application twice to see the updated text. This is probably a limitation of libsailfishapp qmake files. I think this probably either needs to be fixed there (somehow) or here by rewriting ts/qm file generation much like what Patience Deck does.
