[BACKLOG] Write Documentation for tools/gened with Jupyter Notebook

Problem

As of now, if you looked at the tools/gened python codes, you would not understand at the first sight what is going on here. My purpose is converting those python code to Jupyter notebook file with multiple code-block cells and well documentation.

Task Description

• Convert as-is python code to .ipynb code with multiple piece-of-code cells and well documentation.
• The functionality should be the same as the as-is code.

tools/gened exists because we didnt have a UI for it. When backoffice is done, we would no longer need it.
