email validation faulty (doesn't accept two dashes in domain name)

Hi there,

just tried to set up a new kutt instance via docker. But I can't create a new account as kutt seems to reject my mail domain which has two -- (dashes) in the middle of it. Since that's also my mailserver it doesn't send out any mails it seems. But my domain works everywhere else (keycloak, nextcloud, wikijs...).

Please can you make '[email protected]' work? Thanks a lot.
