Currently the Kubernetes environment provisions 1 master and 2 worker nodes. For those with more memory 16/32GB, allowing additional nodes would be useful for demos. I propose creating an option for 2 additional worker nodes to start. Level of effort to update shouldn't be more than 2-3 hours.
