Add zip code to call script

Reps all seem to require your zip code to correctly log the call. In the case of leaving a message (Barbara Boxer's phone number) I didn't because it wasnt in the script. I suggest adding that in:

I am one of your constituents (in zip code ____), and I’m calling to ask you to take action against mass surveillance by the NSA.
