Bug Description

If you make any connected texture block a facade and place it on a ae2 wire and have a full block next to it it wont connect but it does connect to other facades, Unlike rechiseled connected textures blocks that properly connect to both facades and full blocks

How to Reproduce?

Make a ae2 facade or a gt cover and place it once a ae2 wire/or any gt block that supports covers and place a full block next to it

Expected Behavior

It should connect to all blocks of the same type even if they are covers
