Draft MOU for meetup organizers

Should define what requirements need to be met to maintain membership:

For instance:

• Code of Conduct
• At least three co-organizers
• Consistent recurring meetup date
• Our logo and/or a mention of us and what we do during each meetup

We discussed that MOU will last for 6 months.

After getting a very positive "meh" from the Ruby group, we'll have @rjulian send our "Open Letter" to the Wordpress group to see what their thoughts are.

@rjulian will determine the next meetups for the WordPress group and Drupal group and will loop us in so we can attend and talk to the organizers afterwards.
