Pending invitations not visible in story maps after reloading page

Description

After inviting someone to join my story map, leaving, and returning, I don't see the pending invitation in my "people with access" screen.

Steps To Reproduce

1. own a story map
2. Invite someone to join
3. leave the story map
4. return to the story map
5. select "invite"
6. select "people with access"
7. see issue

Expected behavior

The list of people with access or pending access is visible

Actual behavior

The "invite editors" screen shows only the owner, with no indication that anyone has been invited.

Additional Context

The invitation does occur, but the signifier that it happens disappears on reload.
