Hi, I use CCAvenue payment gateway for my business. But, there is an issue I have been facing.

  1. The pending pay status does not change to processing even after the payment is done. CCAvenue fails to reflect the status of the order to the wordpress admin panel.
  2. Also, the custom order# which was changed in wordpress using a plugin (added a prefix containing letters) does not reflect in CCAvenue order#.
