This issue is to create a wish list if we were to update the way this plugin can be configured

Running Pandoc ST3 fails #59 Remove user and default keys
Settings per-project #48 Project specific
User settings for different platforms (Windows, OSX, Linux) #47 Platform specific overrides
Not reloading new overwritten settings after commenting them from inside user settings #42 A bug (no idea whether this is already fixed, though)
