Issue is blocked by sygmaprotocol/sygma-explorer-indexer#103

Implementation details

According to figma design we are to provide dollar value estimation for transfer amount and bridge fee. Price will be fetched from sygma indexer. Dollar value should be hidden if indexer is not available.
