Download JSON Doesn't Work

Expected behavior

Click "Download my file" button and the app will automatically download the JSON to the phone.

Actual behavior

After clicking "Download my file" button, the screen changes to https://test.swarm.city/download-success-profile/, but download doesn't happen.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Go to https://test.swarm.city/make-backup-profile/.
Click "Download my file" button.

Operating system / hardware

Moto G6 Play, Android 8.0.0, Chrome v. 69.0.3497.100

On my Android using Chrome... uninstalling the latest chrome update triggers the download to work a couple times. Then it stops working again when I update the browser. If I install the update again download backup works again as expected.

I tried the same thing as Jenn and it didn't work for me. Uninstalled Chrome and reinstalled.

@matthewcarano I cant recreate this on browser stack and I don't have a physical Android device, maybe we can schedule some time together to debug this one
