What

A banner on the WelcomeScreen similar to what we show on the website now. With a button/onTap that takes you straight to taking/selecting a photo.

Why

So many people don't have a profile picture. That's kind of sad. A banner in the app is likely to have much more effect than the banner on the website, because the action is really low-effort on your phone.
