"Cryostasis Suggestions" Tool?

I'm finding it difficult to make decisions sometimes about which crew could and should be frozen and unfrozen in order to more judiciously manage my crew slots. Could we have a tool that evaluates the number of crew slots available (perhaps this is not even necessary?) and then make suggestions about which crew could/should be frozen or unfrozen?

It seems that perhaps based on voyage value vs current even value vs overall shuttle and faction value, etc. that some such automated and constantly updated calculations and suggestions could be made... Any way for you to implement this?
