Citation speculator & optimizer options for deeper consideration

It would be nice to have a method for entering a non-owned crew name into the Citation Optimizer in order to see where such a crew member might fall within the ranks. I frequently find myself wondering if some crew potential candidate might fit well into my roster, even at higher/poor tier levels. I've been surprised a few times and it's never easy to figure out real potential it seems.

Another thing that would be very helpful here would be to incorporate both Level + some Collections opportunity metric (perhaps the count of how many they fulfill with a hover flyout of which ones they actually are). This Citation Optimizer is extremely helpful, but sometimes it is more desirable to incorporate other potentialities into the decision making for citation and/or leveling when reviewing them.
