Cannot delete whitelist entries #150

Whitelist entries cannot be deleted (have not tried for blacklist)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Swipe left on a whitelist entry
Tap on 'delete'

Expected behavior
Entry should disappear.

Versions:

Pi-hole version: 5.3.1
FlutterHole version: 5.2.3 build 643
