[Feature] starmask 导入 "更换过私钥的地址"，增加 ”指定地址“/"链上查找地址" 功能 #71

假如账号 0xabcd 更换私钥，将新的私钥导入 starmask
此时 starmask 显示的地址为 新的私钥算出来的 0x1234

功能请求：
可以增加 导入私钥时的指定地址功能 或者 导入时在链上查找相关地址的信息

考虑到不了解的人可能会用错功能，所以可以在导入界面中添加高级选项并提示更换过私钥的账户可以输入原账户地址
