Reveal & copy affordances; mobile long press

For #36, I would suggest adopting the usual UI of hiding the passwords by default and using a reveal button & copy button. On mobile, those could also be single press & long press on the entry, respectively.

Even without #36, I'd still suggest changing current short press to long press with vibration confirmation of having copied. It's the UX in other authenticator apps.
