The title is self explanatory. Today only an array of static namespaces is available as a configuration options.

Right now we have a static inclusion list. Are you just looking to dynamically define that list by labels? Or are you also looking to define it in the opposite direction and say "only these namespaces should be considered" (unless overridden by the ClusterSPIFFEID spec)?
