Create new ginko call for unit-test makefile target

Currently make unit-test does not run any of the ginko tests. It should.

Acceptance criteria:

1. When running make unit-test the ginko test runner should be called.
2. The test results should be saved to a file, facilitiating review of tests should the number grow large.
3. The test result file should be in the .gitignore, as we don't check-in testing reports, we generate them during review and development.
