variations compared to MadMax stats (dpow.io) #25

After discussion with MadMax, the following has been identified as potential reasons for count variation:

MadMax starts on block 1920000, I'm starting on block 1922000 for KMD -> BTC, and timestamp from https://github.com/KomodoPlatform/komodo/blob/master/src/komodo_globals.h#L47 for other chains
MadMax is scanning KMD OP_RETURNS (as am I, tho Webworker runs all chains)
MadMax assigns season based on ntx vin addreses - implement here via detect /reassign S3 ntx appearing after block 1922000 #24
not sure yet if he's using blocknotify
