Description

This introduces the initial introduction of our Astro-based documentation website. This will be added in /sites/next.skeleton.dev alongside /sites/skeleton.dev while we begin setup and porting things over. That way the two can live in parallel for now. But will replace skeleton.dev in the future.

Changsets

Instructions: Changesets automate our changelog. If you modify files in /packages, run pnpm changeset in the root of the monorepo, follow the prompts, then commit the markdown file.
