displayMaster = Main page, view and sort others
mods = Pretty UI management for users and permissions
s1 = individual panel, specify which by setting screen to a number 1-12 with $_GET
picasaFunctions = manages Picasa interaction, only necessary when storing a photo
globalsetup = Common functions, ex. database access, outputting photos, etc
