Describe the bug
Links fail once the structure of the linked document is changed.

Environment

  • OS: Windows 10
  • VSCode: 1.85.1
  • Markdown Preview Enhanced: 0.8.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a link to a section header within the same document or in another document.
  2. Change the structure of the linked document. For example, add a new chapter before the linked section.
  3. Click the link again.
  4. The link fails, and the linked-to section can't be found.

Expected behavior
The previous link still works once the structure of the linked-to document is changed.
