Footer UI has unnecessary margin between theme icon and text

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior

Go to 'home page'
Scroll down to 'Footer'
Look 'the text content shifting toward left and toggle theme icon towards right'
See there is unnecessary margin between theme icon and text

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

the text should be in center
