[Para] Login - Land on Assigned page

As a Para, When I login, I want to land on the Assigned page so that I can see the benchmarks I have been assigned

Given the para has logged in
When they are not assigned any benchmarks
Then they will see an empty 'assigned' page

Given the para has logged in
When they are assigned benchmarks
Then they will see each benchmark as a card component
