動作環境に応じてカメラの感度などの調整ができたほうがよさそう #5

少なくとも夜間と昼間ぐらいはそれぞれでゲインやホワイトバランスを調整してやったほうがよさそう。
環境によって動的にいくつか切り替えられれば一番いいですが。

内部的にはv4l-utilsでセットしているだけのようなので、この辺機能追加するとできるのかも。
