Not loading saves from the previous version of the mod

I've noticed since updating to the new version of the mod (26/07/2015) the save files that the old version of the mod created are no longer loaded. All my timed traffic lights have disappeared, and removed traffic lights are now back.

If this is due to the new save system disregard this bug.

Hrm...I didn't think I broke it. I thought I had it set to try and load legacy save files and migrate to the new system. I'll take another look tomorrow and see if I missed something. For now, labelling as a bug.

Ok, give it a shot now. The save system overhaul is complete, so it should manage to load old saves just fine.
