Message to first years

When a first year student logs in, tell them that there is first year courses aren't accessible right now, and that they will recieve mail/sms once the feature is available to them.

Also, tell them that they can access the rest of the courses that are there.

Moving this over to v1.0 milestone

This should be done now. v1.0 should contain support for 1st years not a msg says that 1st years are not support.

MVP is long overdue. We'll finish the one remaining issue, and close the milestone.

We can resolve this issue, hopefully by end of week, and push it to the prod server.
