Micropub should mention something Micropub-specific in the journalist example #12

You tell a story in Syria and submit it to NYT. Some editors review or enrich the material and publish it to their public channels. Readers can reply with a comment which is published on their pages too.

I like this example as a journalist. But I don’t see how Micropub makes this easier on me. Maybe mention how you can use your favourite editor to submit to your publisher? Or how you can easily use different clients on your tablet, computer, and phone, and have them all still able to submit to your publisher?

Not sure how we can make that clear. But I feel like the quoted paragraph might cause some journalists to think nothing changes for them. Because they are already submitting material for review etc.

@sebilasse I’ll be happy to take another look later today, no worries 😄 Otherwise there is usually a whole IRC channel full of helpful people available.

The “choose the best tool” on Micropub is great!

I also like how things seem to have been cleaned up a bit. The microformats poster especially got a lot cleaner without waving code all over the background! Nice!

The IndieAuth poster also makes stuff a lot more clear. I might change the last paragraph to something like “indielogin.com combines the best of both worlds! Use the technology with the least friction possible.” Though I guess you only have space for 1 sentence, really… hmm.

Nice job on these @sebilasse! 👍
