Add search by alternate identifiers, e.g the apogee4 identifier. This is feedback collected from beta test. Possibly also include search by catalogid, plate-MJD-fiberid, field-MJD-catalogid. We should update or add endpoints to the query route to accommodate these.

The input search could be these alt-ids but the output response should be the sdss_id object data.
