Summary

Add Flexible Metadata support for batch work creation.

To enable batch creation, enable the feature in the admin dashboard.

Acceptance Criteria

• M3 profile version badge should be present on the batch creation UI
• The batch creation metadata should reflect what is defined on the profile

Testing Instructions

After enabling batch upload, create multiple works by clicking Create Batch of Works from the works index page.
The form should reflect the properties defined by the profile
The form should display the profile badge
