  1. Make sure that you set some new terms on the client
  2. Login to spid web, accept spid terms
  3. Login to client.
    What should happen: You are only asked to accept client terms
    What happens: You are asked to accept spid and client terms.

Could be that we are not handling the agreements.status api correctly. Or, spid is returning status false for everything anyway.
