Stable Diffusion Automatic1111 doesn't launch in any box type above cyan

Describe what you noticed and did

I'm getting a python related error when I try to launch Automatic1111 web interface, I can't figure out what it doesn't have access to or where I need to add an exception. I couldnt find any templates for Python either. Can someone help me fix this so I can still use Auto1111 with a yellow or preferably blue sandbox?

How often did you encounter it so far?

Whenever I try to launch Automatic1111 through webui-user.bat

Expected behavior

It launches without issue on cyan, I would like to get it to launch and work for blue or yellow.

The program is installed only inside a sandbox (NOT in the real system anyway).

I can confirm it also on a new empty sandbox.

For clarification, I have no idea if this is an actual bug or if I just need to change a setting. I just don't know what I'm looking at, app no worky. I made an issue about this back in February, but never heard back.
