Descriptive summary

The User Activity dashboard on pg, stable, and dev combines the activity from all three in a single place

In the above screenshot, Nutrition Label was uploaded to pg, while BSO Program and Sneering Meme were uploaded to dev. The links to the works only succeed on the correct instance where the work exists.

Rationale

Expected behavior

User Activity is limited to the nurax instance the user is logged into

Actual behavior

User Activity “bleeds over” among all three instances

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Log into dev
2. Create a work
3. Log into pg
4. Visit the User Activity dashboard
5. See the work that was created on dev
