RDF::QualifiedDC uses the wrong refinement term #323

RDF::QualifiedDC uses alternate instead of alternative here:
https://github.com/projecthydra/curate/blob/master/lib/rdf/qualified_dc.rb#L14

According to wikipedia and dublincore.org, the correct qualifier is alternative:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dublin_core#Terms
http://dublincore.org/documents/2000/07/11/dcmes-qualifiers/

To whomever may be resolving this issue, two models have this attribute

As such, a migration will need to be planned. See the following for reference:

Consider how the Migrator could be extracted to Curate.
