The NewRelic formula only works for a single PHP Application on the server.

Considering SaltStack is for Provisioning and the one-key-per-application policy, the pillar should contain only the key for the server, or a list of applications and deploy per-application.

Renaming the package to newrelic-php-formula is also an option, though than it should be added more explicitly on the readme that it only accepts one apikey.
