SDK for Service Cloud [Enhancement]

I am fairly new to working in the SalesForce World, the company i work for uses Service Cloud not the sales and marketing side of SalesForce so i would like to see an SDK for the parts my company uses.

I am searching for any tools ....

Additional context
Also I do DBA tasks and Data Integration so I could also use a Data management tool would be great, for example like MS SQL has SSMS for DBA work.... something like that for SalesForce Data that would allow me to search and Query the data in our Service Cloud.
