i made a 4000 sfx transfer from my twm wallet Tx hash: f1aca8acdac1a8db902e5663a9432a8f2a0701c843b5fd3b0992784cb6bf1c86its not getting transfered and not even confirmations occuring can you please help

I can see your tx hash still in the tx pool. It just hasn’t been processed yet by the blockchain. There are a large number of txs currently being pushed to the blockchain.

this has never happen it get done in like few minutes. is there some issue with my twm wallet or should i use some other option next time

There was no issue, and nothing you could’ve done to prevent the longer transaction time. It was simply an unusually high influx of transactions that needed processing, and even though Safex has dynamic blocksize, and will scale as needed over time, it still can only accept a certain number of transactions per block, at any given instance.
