rubywarrior file needs proper extension

bin/rubywarrior should be rubywarrior.rb

The program can't create a bin/rubywarrior/ directory unless it is changed.

There was a problem installing on windows xp. It was reading the file as a
directory instead of as a file. It's been a long time since I posted, so I
can't remember the details. What I do remember is that once I renamed the
file with a proper extension, the install worked.

This is the same bug as gh-29 which is listed as closed, but which was not actually resolved. I just reproduced it when I installed under Windows.
