Full screen and tracking toggle do not work with Chrome on iOS #15

Tested with iPhone and iPad mini.

With iPhone you get non functional buttons, with iPad you no buttons are visible. With Chrome on Linux both buttons work.

Moved buttons outside of map canvas. Possibly fixes problem.
