Enhancement: Fields improvements in VM Start / Stop / Create plugins

Azure VM Start / Stop plugin currently doesn't accept option variables either no more than one element in the Name field of VM properties and the Region field should be a deployable element list. This would help to be a practical resource within a Job workflow when the customer requires to create, start, or stop several VMs at the same time.
