Dictionary Pop-up and Strong's Tag in Bold Features within the Chapter Context View

ChapterView is pretty much complete except that there is no way for me to check the Strong's/Morph just like in the edit sections. This would be helpful to proofread association and translation projects using chapter view vs. verse view. Thanks!

I guess the natural path is to replicate some features from theWord's Bible view, like the option to show Strong's tags, show morphology tags, display definition on word hovering, etc.
