Feature Request: Translation Philosophy Button in tool bar #42

It may be nice that when a project is started or later on that one could input a translation philosophy so that if it is a big project among many users or even to remind oneself of the translation philosophy for the project to maintain consistency.

It may be also an area for project translation help.

What do you have in mind, a dialog with a plain text box?

Perhaps a box with plain text or rtf. It may be nice to load the file as well. So the project manager could make it once and send it out or if there was modifications to the philosophy.
