'Check spelling while typing' setting not stored on exit

I like to have the spelling check turned off for commit messages, because it keeps silently auto-adjusting things that I intended to type, such as names of libraries and code-related abbreviations.

In version 0.15.1964 I have to turn off the spelling check every time I open GitX. Please could the setting be remembered between runs.
